Exploring Life Science, Literature and Photography
What are the actual components that regulate the life? How
are their working function interconnected with each other? What is life as a
whole? These are the curiosities when I was schooling. After joining science in
high school and then microbiology as a major subject in graduate, my knowledge
deepens as well as my curiosities. Because of this, it is my unchanging
aspiration to explore and to discover the mysteries of the inner workings of
life in the micro-cosmos represented by cell and molecules as a biologist.
I come from eastern part of Nepal. Being a developing country, it is
not surprising that people suffer from various kinds of illness due to
illiteracy and poverty and also lack of facilities in district and peripheral
hospitals. Even well known hospitals have poor equipped labs, so disease
diagnosis become difficult. Antibiotic resistance varieties grow day by day due
to self-medication as well as broad spectrum antibiotics prescribed by doctors
without proper disease diagnosis. Such pathetically backward lab diagnosis
condition spurred me to fascinate towards microbiology. And then, I joined to
and completed my B.Sc. Microbiology from Tri-Chandra Multiple Campus in 2008 and then completed my M.Sc. (Medical Microbiology) from St. Xavier’s College . M.Sc. is a two
year course with dissertation. Due to my keen interest in pathogenic
microorganism, I have done my thesis entitled as “Seropositivity of Syphillis of the Patients visiting
Gynaecology, STI, and Dermaology Clinic
of Sulav Hospital, Belbari, Morang” . Besides
this, I have also done a project in College entitled “Incidence of asymptomatic UTI & antibiotic
susceptibility pattern of isolates in primary school going children of
Kathmandu valley”.
Recently, I am a Ph.D scholar
in Kyonggi University, South Korea. I am involved in a project targeting to
explore the field of “Environmental Remediation of Recalcitrant Compound”. I plan to further my studies in the fundamental theoretical
knowledge of the relevant subjects, keep myself abreast with the latest
developments, and venture into new realms based on the knowledge and the skills
that I have accumulated. I would like to devote myself especially to those
important projects which are just in their incipient development and enjoy
tremendous potentials. I will avail myself of the ample academic activities to
exchange and to learn from leading specialists, and to develop new
perspectives.
Literature & Photography are my immense hobbies. I write in the
discipline of current issues. I express my feelings through literary writing.
Photography on the other hand gives me to present the realistic of the world. I
am just a drop of water in the field & trying to learn more and more about
literature & photography.
Finally, I created this blog purposively to publish my concepts, research,
literary articles and photographs. With all due respect, I want to request all
the visitors to provide feedback & comments so that I can shape my Blog for
the optimum level
